  i dont know why i'd want to argue over something like this.

  i've been aware of this theory for years.

  as interesting as it is - it's still bullshit.. for future reference, i believe the bible to be a collection of fantasy, myth, real locations and crazy ramblings of psychedelic bloke stuck on patmos.. my reply:.

  DFed talking to other DFed

  i don't know if they do this any longer but back in the day they had a special section at an assembly sectioned off for dfed people who would have to wear a ribbon that said disfellowshipped.

  do they still do this and what was the rules on dfed talking to dfed at the assembly?

  In Germany there were certainly no "ribbons". In the Nazi concentration camps they had to wear these:

  

  In the sixties there were still a lot of JWs around who had been in a KZ (Konzentrationslager - concentration camp). They could/would have a sudden awakening, and WTorg knew it.

  And I've never seen nor have I been hinted at special assigned areas to avoid because of the concentrated evil apostates there: "Beware of this area, lest you catch the Demons' Flu."

  the watchtower make a bold brass article on their own website claiming that jesus is not the alpha and omega, yet however, god's word explains in clear detail that he is the alpha and omega... do we therefore trust what the watchtower says?

  They managed one line of pure and unadulterated truth (WT 2013/07/15,p21,¶8,1st line), but then, alas, swept away by faith, inebriated with the exuberance of their own verbosity, they've immediately f**ked it up. With trembling fingers I quote the precious line of truth – drumroll:

  Kidding aside, this magazine is a paragon of doublethink; because If you are royalty, and you are not held captive, then you are not a slave. Period.

What about the Governing Body members who today make up the faithful and discreet slave? Those brothers also need to be fed spiritually.   Could you really trust the Governing Body to the right thing?

  over the years, many have speculated on how the governing body might reform the society into something that might actually bring some positivity in to the world ... and a resent melancholy moment, i re-watched the youtube clip of usa for africa's, 'we are the world' which was released in 1985. now while i know our men in warwick would never actually consider organizing the brotherhood to do something completely selfless in helping the truly worldly poor, something that would actually improve the religion's reputation ... but the question is ... could you really trust the governing body to run an aid program like usa for africa or band aid, without skimming from the top?.

  Forgiveness

  if someone does the same things over and over again and says sorry and then does it again and you point out that their apologies don't mean anything anymore, then they accuse you of not being forgiving enough, who is in the wrong?

  (i mean as in constantly over a long period of time).

  im trying to work out whether it was just part of the persons mental/ emotional manipulation tactics or whether i have the wrong view and i'm not forgiving enough.
